How Do I Check In?
Access to our apartments is completely self-service and hassle free. The exact check-in process will be clearly detailed in the instructions sent on the day of arrival.

What is KeyNest?
Security of our properties is very important to us so we use KeyNest for some of our properties to store the keys for guests prior to arrival. These are local stores, usually grocery stores, which have a safe to store keys only accessible by providing the collection code to the staff at the counter. We’ll always send the check-in instructions which will detail the KeyNest store and the collection code. KeyNest is used by many in the property hospitality industry because of the simplicity, security and streamlined process to allow for a smooth self service check-in process.
Can I Extend My Booking?
If availabilities allow, bookings can be extended as per the nightly rate for the extension dates. Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to give you the best chance of us accommodating an extended stay.
What Are Key Safes?
Security of our properties is very important to us so we use key safes to store the keys for guests prior to arrival. They are small but secure metal safes that is accessible only by a combination lock. We’ll always install it somewhere close to the property with the check-in instructions giving details on how to find it and the combination needed to open it. Key safes have been used in the hospitality industry years and are already used by millions of hosts all over the world to allow for a streamlined and self service check-in process.
Do You Take A Security Deposit?
To protect us and ensure that our properties are always at a high standard for our guests, we take a security deposit (varies from £100 depending on the property and duration of stay) which is then processed a day before your arrival. The deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation, which is not a charge so no monies will be taken from your card but may be visible on your card balance. This is released 2 days after check-out subject to a check-out inspection of the property. The deposit takes a few days to be returned all depending on our payment processor and your bank. If any damage is found, or any of the T&Cs are broken, we will charge the card only for the amount corresponding to the value of the damage.
Can We Smoke Inside The Apartments?
Smoking inside any of our properties is strictly prohibited! Due to health and safety and to maintain our high standards.
